Include the variables engineers ask for first.

Headset count, host PC baseline, runtime, content engine, target venue hours, cleaning method, and launch date are enough to begin a useful review. If one value is unknown, leave it open and the response will flag what blocks the decision.

For public venues, include expected peak sessions per hour and whether staff will operate a queue desk, free-roam arena, seated simulator, or training classroom. For enterprise deployments, include IT ownership, device tracking method, and whether headsets move between rooms.
